Open Gym at Hero Athletics gives athletes the chance to practice skills at their own pace in a fun, supervised environment. Whether you’re perfecting tumbling passes, working stunts, or just staying active, this unstructured time lets athletes focus on what they want to improve most. Coaches are available for safety and guidance, but athletes have the freedom to explore and refine their abilities.
