Cheer Classes

A FIT FOR EVERYONE

We offer a wide variety of classes, for all ages and skill levels. Our coaches love to teach the next generation of cheerleaders to their greatest potential – we want these kids to fall in love with the athleticism of this sport!

FUNDAMENTALS (Ages 5-12)

For kids interested in All Star Cheer, this class is all about the FUNdamentals! Basic motions, jumps, stunting and tumbling go into a routine and our athletes earn a great foundation of skills.

FLYER TRAINING

This class focuses on proper body positioning, air awareness, technique and presence.

HIGH SCHOOL TRY-OUT PREP

This is a great way to feel prepared for your high school cheer tryouts this year. We will work on motions, jumps, dance, chants and showmanship to get you ready. Bring in your school’s requirements so we can tailor the class to you!

FLEXIBILITY

This is an intense stretching class designed to push and strengthen an athlete’s flexibility. The class focuses on well-rounded flexibility as well as flyer flexibility and body positions.

JUMPS (All Ages)

Take your jumps to the next level with our jumps classes!

MINI HERO TRAINING (Ages 5-8)

[By Invitation Only] Work on building strong foundational skills for a future in competitive cheerleading! This class is great for kids with natural body control but not developmentally ready for a team environment. We focus on strong foundational tumbling skills, strength, control & balance.
