Recreational Teams

RECREATIONAL TEAMS

Our Recreational Cheer Program is a fun, low-pressure introduction to cheerleading—ideal for athletes of all skill levels. With no competitions involved, this program fits easily into busy family schedules while fostering coordination, confidence, and teamwork in a welcoming environment.

Tiny Novice

TINY NOVICE/PREP TEAMS

Tiny Novice/Prep Teams are designed for our youngest athletes to get a first taste of cheerleading in a fun, structured environment. Participants learn basic jumps, motions, tumbling, and simple stunts while building coordination, confidence, and teamwork. This program focuses on skill development and a love for cheer, giving little athletes a strong foundation to grow in the sport.

PREP TEAMS

Our Prep Cheer Team offers a year-round competitive experience with a balanced commitment. Ideal for athletes ready to take the next step, they train stunts, tumbling, and routines and compete in a fun, supportive environment. With fewer practices and limited travel, it offers the excitement of competition without the all-star intensity.

Cheerabilities

CHEER ABILITIES TEAMS

The Cheer Abilities Team welcomes athletes with disabilities into year-round cheer in a fully inclusive atmosphere. Each athlete is paired with a trained buddy who provides encouragement and support through motions, jumps, stunts, and performance routines. No prior experience is needed—only enthusiasm, a positive spirit, and a willingness to grow!

Elite Teams

ELITE TEAMS

Our Elite Cheer Teams are for athletes ready to train at an advanced level and compete regionally and nationally. These year-round teams require experience, passion, dedication, and coachability. With multiple practices per week, expert instruction, and a strong team culture, athletes work to master elite stunts, tumbling, jumps, and choreography while building strength, confidence, and performance excellence.
